Terms

The rules for using Swoon, in plain words.

Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and display it to anyone with your gift link, only for as long as the gift is online. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and do not use Swoon to harass anyone.

Payments

Prices are one-time and shown in USD. A payment covers the design and the online time you chose. Nothing renews automatically.

Availability

We work hard to keep every gift online for the whole period you paid for. If something on our side breaks your gift and we cannot fix it, see the Refund policy.

Designs

We keep improving our designs. Your gift may get visual upgrades, but your words and photos stay the same.
