Quick fixes

• 3D world is slow or black: close other tabs, and make sure the browser is up to date. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge from the last two years all work.
• Lost your edit link: go to My gifts and enter the email you paid with.
• They did not get the scheduled email: ask them to check spam, and send them the link directly. You always have it in My gifts.
