Refund policy

If your gift does not work because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.

How to ask

Write to support with your gift link and what went wrong, within 14 days of paying. We will try to fix it first. If we cannot, we refund in full to the original payment method.

What isn't covered

• Changing your mind after the gift has been opened.
• Typos or content you can fix yourself from My gifts.
• Online time that has already run.
