A bright, quiet gallery where every frame is one of your photos and every plaque is in your words. You walk through it together, each from your own device, stopping at the pictures you both remember. At the far end, under its own light, is the centrepiece: your favourite photo and your letter, and one last plaque with your question.

Questions
What am I paying for?
One payment covers the design and keeps your gift online for a month. You can pick 6 months or a year at checkout, or add time later from My gifts. Nothing renews and there is no subscription. We email you a week before it goes offline.
How does it reach them?
You get the private link the moment you pay, so you can open it yourself first. Send it in any chat, or choose a date and time and we will email it to them.
Can we really play the 3D ones together?
Yes. A 3D gift has one link. Up to four people can open it at once and they all land in the same world, live, each on their own phone, tablet or computer.
Will it work on their phone?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. No app, no account.
Can I change it after paying?
Yes. Go to My gifts, enter the email you paid with and we will send you a link to edit it. The gift link never changes, so they always see the latest version.
Is it private?
Every gift has its own hard-to-guess link and is hidden from search engines. Only people who have the link can open it.
Will I know their answer?
Yes. If your design asks a question, My gifts shows when it was opened and what they answered, and we email you when they say yes.
What happens when the time runs out?
The link shows a gentle "this gift has ended" page. Add time before or after it ends and the same link comes back to life.
